I was recently in a vehicle accident and turned to Next Door Neighbor for recommendations on where to get my car repaired. My car is a 2014 Mustang, and I knew the insurance company would likely declare it a total loss. However, I was determined to get her fixed while I dealt with the at-fault driver's insurance. The initial repair estimate exceeded the car's value, but IE AutoBody & Paint went above and beyond to help me. They sourced a combination of used and new parts to bring the cost down without compromising quality. The paint match was absolutely incredible-it looks flawless! They even managed to fix my seat after the side airbag deployed, which was a big concern for me since the color is so hard to find. Throughout the process, I was kept updated on the status of my car, and the staff was always attentive and patient, answering all of my (many) questions. Their professional and dedication really stood out. I'm so happy with the results and would highly recommend IE AutoBody & Paint to my friends and family. They truly care about their customers and take pride in their work!

UPDATE: I wanted to provide an updated review regarding my previous concerns. After sharing my frustrations about the lack of communication and the remaining issue with my vehicle, the shop did reach out and took the time to properly address the situation. They followed up with me, clarified the misunderstandings, and made sure the final problem with my vehicle was resolved. I appreciate that they stepped in to correct the issue and made the effort to ensure everything was handled properly in the end. While the communication during the latter part of the process was disappointing at the time, I do want to acknowledge that they ultimately took responsibility and made it right. That follow through means a lot, and I respect businesses that are willing to resolve concerns when they are brought forward. Thank you for addressing the matter and ensuring my vehicle was fully taken care of. I chose this body shop because of its reputation for quality restoration work, and I will say that the repairs themselves look good overall. Had the best experience, getting my car fixed. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed. They were welcoming and genuinely nice people. Christian always gave me updates. My car was a mess when I dropped it off, I travel with three boys and when I picked it up I noticed they had cleaned it for me. Took my truck in for front and rear bumper repairs had a great experience. Everyone here is very professional and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Best experience by far when dealing with body shop. I would highly recommend Inland Empire Auto Body and paint.
